What is DTF?
"DTF, or Direct To Film, is a printing method where you print a design directly onto a film. Afterward, you transfer this design onto various materials like cotton, polyester, and linen using 20 seconds of heat pressure."
Instructions for pressing DTF
1. Please set your heat press to 320°F and pressure should be 70 psi and over.
2. Place transfer face up in position on garment and cover with grease proof sheet.
3. Heat press for 20 seconds.
4. Allow transfer to cool for a 10-15 seconds.
5. After it is cold, peel the backing away from one corner to ensure transfers has stuck. If so peel remaining slowly. If the transfer has not stuck, repress for 15 seconds.
6. Once you have peeled away the transfer, heat press for 1 second to make it print more onto the fabric.
What sizes are available?
We have sizes from 22" X 12" to 22" in X 204 in and more!
How quickly can I get my order?
Expedited orders ship within 2-3 business days. We have rush service available which is 1-2 business days. (Cut time for same day prints is 1:00 pm)
What file format should my artwork be?
"Vector art is the best, but if you have raster art, make sure it's at least 300 dpi. Use .AI or .PDF files if you can. We also accept .PNG files."
